These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mesadew online store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Store is operated by Mesadew, based in Grand Junction, Colorado, USA. Contact: support@mesadew.com.

2. Products

Mesadew products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Product images on this site may be illustrations and may not exactly match the product's packaging. Always read the label, patch test before first use, and stop use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. We may change prices and products at any time without notice.

4. Shipping and returns

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard US shipping is free (3–5 business days in transit), and Express shipping is $15 (1–2 business days in transit). Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including the Mesadew name, logo, text, and graphics, belongs to Mesadew or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in connection with the Store. Reviews must reflect your honest experience.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesadew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
