Shipping Policy
Shipping options and rates (United States)
- Standard shipping: Free on all US orders. Estimated 3–5 business days in transit.
- Express shipping: $15. Estimated 1–2 business days in transit.
Processing time
Orders are processed and fulfilled from North America within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Transit times start once your order ships, so expect delivery about 5–9 business days after you order with Standard shipping, or about 3–6 business days with Express.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer, and Express shipping may not be available for them.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally add time.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email support@mesadew.com with your order number and we'll help.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can't change the address once an order has shipped. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
