How long until I see results?

Hydration feels immediate. For a smoother, firmer look, use the routine consistently for 4–6 weeks. Everyone's skin is different.

Can I use retinol if I'm new to it?

Yes. Start Collagen + Retinol Serum 2–3 nights a week and build up as your skin gets comfortable. Some tingling or dryness at first is normal. Always wear SPF during the day.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our serums are formulated for most skin types, but we always recommend a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use. If you have a skin condition, check with your dermatologist.

Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?

Please ask your physician before using any retinol product while pregnant or nursing. The Hyaluronic Acid Serum doesn't contain retinol.

What order do I apply everything in?

Cleanse → serum (Hyaluronic Acid in the AM, Collagen + Retinol in the PM) → moisturizer → SPF in the morning.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all US orders (3–5 business days in transit). Express is $15 (1–2 business days in transit). Orders ship within 2–4 business days. See our Shipping page for details.

What's your return policy?

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email support@mesadew.com and we'll help. See our Refund Policy for details.
